It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Jean Chipps of Canby, Oregon, born in Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on August 2, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Jarzabek and Doris Jarzabek; her sisters, Marie and Cassie; and her grandson Colby.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Chipps; her sons, Andrew (Mindy), Tom (Lindsey) and Tim (Bethany); her grandchildren, Elijah, Carter, Charley, Oliver, Lila, Adeline, Wesley and June; and her brothers, Joe, John and Jimmy.
In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
