He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Carter and Karen Carter (Hamm). He is survived by: his wife Brandi Carter (Parr); his son Austin Carter (Patricia); his granddaughter Adaline; his children, Sophie Carter and Mason Carter; and his siblings, Hal Carter of Philomath and Carlea White of Scio. He is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
