He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Fellas and Yula Fellas (Forrest); and his daughter Cindy. He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Sally" Shafer; his children, Cecil, Patti Fellas of Canby, Joan and Rick Smith of Gresham; his son-in-law Bill Perdue of Central Point; his brother John Fellas of Forest Grove; and his grandchildren, Christy, Andrea, Kara, Ricky and Shianne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
