He is survived by: his children, James Allan Taylor of Boise, Robert Neil Taylor of Meridian, Julie Ann Newman of Caldwell and Richard William Taylor of Nampa; and his sister Anita Miles. He is also survived by spouses; his 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
