It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim LaRoy Galyen of Baker City, Oregon, born in Ontario, Oregon, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Galyen and Bernice Galyen (Schumacher); his siblings, Marlene McCullough and Gary Galyen; and his daughter Deborah Galyen.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy Galyen; his children, Tony Galyen, Terry Galyen, Mark Galyen, Angela Theriault and Christina White; and his siblings, Ken Galyen and Shari Cornell.
