He is survived by: his significant other LaRee Clack; his children, Benjamin Clack (Brandy), Rebecca Clack Jaramillo and Jonathan Clack; his sister Cayce Isenberger; his grandchildren, Breeanna, Bryan, Bodie, Garrett and Allison; his great grandchild Elizabeth; and his nieces and nephews, Angi, Wendy, Shawn, Morgan and Samuel. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and several close friends.
