He is survived by: his spouse Michele; his grandsons, Roman Shelton and Hayden; his sister Nancy Frederick (Nick Sr.); his nieces, Jacqueline Frederick and Barbara Hinckley (Jon); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jenna Snow (Blake), Jake and Jadyn; his nephew Nick Frederick Jr. (Melissa); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lauren, Brooke and Kate; and his cousin Bill Stewart (Linda).
