He is survived by: his wife Ann Karen Miller; his stepchildren, Jill, Paige and Brooke; his children, Susan, Jennifer and Michael; his brother Don (Tiana David) of Broomfield, CO; his niece Sarah David; his nephew Paul David; and his cousin Julie McShane. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
