He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard and Caroline; and his brothers, Harvey, Loren and Steve.
He is survived by: his wife Angela; his children, Travis, Kendra, Kyle, Krissy, Rachael, Nicholas and Lisa; and his brother Mark. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
