She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Powers and Cecil Powers; and her sister Juanita Payne (James "Jim" Spencer). She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Spencer; her daughter Jamie Spencer; and her granddaughter Rachel Spencer. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
