He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Thomas Burns and Addie Jane Burns; his wife Janie; his son Carl Jason Burns (Theresa Michelle Burns) of Wichita Falls, TX.; his grandchildren, Addison Paige Burns, Laurel Jaden Burns, Graycen Burns, Waylan Jason Burns and Hayden Ellis; and his siblings, Jerry Burns and Rosemary Treat of Edmond, OK. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
