He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Rhine and Ruth Rhine; and his siblings, Sammy Rhine and Sandra Mae Rhine. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ussery; his children, John Rhine (Katie) of Pea Ridge, AR, Joshua Rhine (Kelsey) of Grove, OK and Kelli McDaniel (Bobby) of Vinita, OK; and his siblings, Mark Rhine of Claremore, OK and Mary Jean Harris of Claremore, OK. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
