He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester J. Phillips and Irene Phillips (Miller); his siblings, Bobby Phillips, Tommy Phillips, Darlene Cooper, Charlene Webb, Ted Phillips and Jerry Phillips; and his stepson Donnie White.
He is survived by: his wife Janice G. Head; his stepsons, Darren White of Wyandotte, OK and Marti White of Wyandotte, OK; his brother Billy Phillip of Shawnee, OK; his stepgrandchildren, Brittany White, Kayla White, Amy White, Malorie White, Jake White, Hannah White and Amanda White; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Delissa White, Johnny Green, Roelyn Desouza, Presley Desouza, Brodie Copeland, Brylee Copeland, Brayden Copeland and Braxton Copeland.
