She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Carl Powell and Gladys Powell (Wright); and her siblings, Glenn Powell and Teddy Erlene Plemmons. She is survived by: her children, David Culver of Tulsa, OK and Carol Thurman of Wyandotte, OK; her sister Shirley Shockey of Granby, MO; and her grandsons, Austin Winkler and Joseph Thurman.
