He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Anthony Rowley and Vera Mae Madison (Caress). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Lewis; his sons, Layne Rowley of Oklahoma City, Burk Rowley (Mandy) of Woodward and Trent Rowley (Jaimie) of Owasso; his grandchild Addison Hixon (Kale) of Elk City; his sons, Payton Rowley of Woodward and Henry Rowley of Dallas, Texas; his great grandchild Oaklynn Hixon; his stepmother Betty Rowley (Jim Schlotthauer); his siblings, LeAnn Hammontree (Jack), Gloria Fletcher (Terry), Theresa Sowell (Daryl), Jim Rowley (Earlene) and Alen Drockton; and his pet Max. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Elm Grove Community Church with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
