He is survived by: his mother Paula Ann Carnagey of Woodward; his sister Sunday Dawn Fike; his nephew Adam Fike (Karina); his great-nephew Cody; his great-niece Sophia; his nephew Addison Fike (Kaylee); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Blaizelinn and Fionna. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
