She was predeceased by: her parents, William Swarts and Cora Swarts (Schleeter); her husband Gary Dean Foster; and her siblings, Bonnie Swarts, Betty Lou Fiel and Carl Swarts.
She is survived by: her daughter Betty Rutledge; her granddaughter Jodi Rutledge (Jennifer Rutledge); her great grandchild Caleb Kronk; her brother Wilbur Swarts (Ginger); her siblings-in-law, Bruce Foster, Norma White and Sonja Parsons; her niece Teresa Nickell; and her nephews, Gary Swarts (Sharon) and John Swarts. She is also survived by nieces, great and great-great nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
