She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Weigel and Catherine Weigel; her grandfather Art Budig; her son Kenneth Mosier; and her siblings, Alberta Leona Weigel, Alberta H Weigel Quint, Viola Weigel Cramer, Elmer Weigel, Helen Weigel Windholz, Delores "Dee" Weigel Pace, Francis Weigel and Arlene Weigel Yarmer.
She is survived by: her husband Maynard; her children, Dan Mosier (Sandy), Carol Cramer (David), Mary Farmer (Art), Susan Musgrove (Ken), Darla McNeal (Grant) and Judy Corrigan (Ron); and her grandchildren, Abbi, Sara, Jenna, Cayla, Nathan, Elizabeth, Staci, Tim, Cody, Zak, Lindsay, Ryan, Amber, Kimberly, Aaron, Ben, Laura, Adam, Leslie, Stephen, Stephanie and Savannah. She is also survived by great-grandchildren as well as precious nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorial donations may be made in Noreen Budig's name to the Altar Society at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Woodward, Oklahoma.
