She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Johnnie "RJ" and Dorothy Mack Rosson (Christ); her husband David Neel; and her siblings-in-law, Melissa Weaver Rosson and Nicholas Scrabat.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Neel (Brenda) of Sabinal, Texas and Wendy Oates (Mark) of Woodward; her siblings, Robert Rosson (Becky), John Rosson (Delores), Jim Rosson, Roy Rosson (Susan), Patsy Rosson Scrabat and Dotsy Rosson Wright (Bill); her grandsons, Chad Robert Oates (Lindsey) of Harrisburg and Garrett Reed Oates (Kaylee) of Woodward; and her great grandchildren, Carter Jenness, Parker, Gracelynn and Magnolia Oates.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Providence Place or The First Christian Church with the funeral home accepting contributions.
