He is survived by: his wife Lorrie Plain; his children, Sammi Jo Arzaga (Jesus) of Seiling, Shane WesLee Plain of Seiling, Alisha Jacobs of Woodward, Sara Jacobs, Jorge Sanchez of Woodward, Jesse Jacobs of Woodward, Lindsay Plain, Shaundra Plain, Jasmine Pope and Johnny Holzhouser; his grandchildren, Konnor, Jesse, Jeslyn of Liam, A. J., Micheal and Rosa; his siblings, Tonya Kourt (Todd) and Jerry Plain; his aunts, Georgia Perez, Ellen Rabe and Mary Hoover; and his friend Melvin Horne. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
