He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his sons, Scott (Josie) of Arlington and Brian; his granddaughters, Marisa (Josh) of Ft. Worth, Alyssa of Ft. Worth and Vanessa of Arlington, Texas; his great grandchild James of Ft. Worth, Texas; his brothers, Spencer of Oklahoma City, Charles and John of Woodward; and his aunt Etta. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
