She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Melia and Nola Melia (Woods). She is survived by: her husband Jim Hurst; her children, Jenni Hilbert (Drew), Dea Burger, Dena Kowalski (Steve), James E. Hurst (Cherie) and Chris Hurst (Shannon); and her sister Phyllis Seibert. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, countless other relatives and friends.
