It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Caleb Michael Patrick of Woodward, Oklahoma, born in Claremore, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 30, 2023, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John H., Maxine Collins, James E. Patrick and Audrey Jolene O'Neil. He is survived by: his mother Melody Dawn Patrick (Collins); his wife Meggan Patrick; his children, Kenneth Kade Wilcoxson, Taylen Patrick and Shelby Patrick; his father Mike Patrick; his father-in-law Kenneth Gage (Caleb); his siblings, Aubrey Pruyser (Jesse) and Brodie Patrick (Kelly); and his friends, Mark and Lori Messenger. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
