It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Jean Ragan of Woodward, Oklahoma, born in Beaver, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 1, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Phelps and Lena Merle Phelps (McAdams); her former husband Gerald Morehead; her husband Neil Ragan; her sister LaVelda Smith; and her son Gary Morehead.
She is survived by: her son Brent Morehead; her granddaughter Chandra Shrum (Keden); her great grandchild Ragan Shrum; and her sisters, Dodie Hill and Daisy McGowen. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Apostolic Faith Bible College with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
