She is survived by: her former husband Stanford Norman Goen, Jr.; her daughter Cheryl Yvette (Philip) of Owasso, Oklahoma; her stepdaughter Katherine Denise; her children, Traci LeAnn and Michael Goen (Dena) of Lubbock, Texas; her grandchildren, Eric Lyon, Zachary Lyon, Jessica Lyon, Tyler Goen, Abbie Goen and Emma Goen; her great grandchild Henry Lyon; and her siblings, Sharon Meier of Woodward and Larry Meier (Gwen) of Woodward.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church or Gnadenfeld Cemetery with the funeral home accepting the memorials.
