He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Thomas Winfrey and Daisy Ennis Winfrey (Davis); his wife Wathena Parsons; his granddaughter Heather Winfrey; his brother Thomas Winfrey; and his son-in-law Eddie Griffin.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Winfrey (Terri) of Afton, Robin Agler (Brian) of Columbus, OH, Laura Griffin of Vinita and Steve Russell (Robin) of Adair; his siblings, Clem, Gary, Mike, Rudy, Terry, Glen, Sonny, Randy Winfrey, Shirley Dossman, Ann Morrison, Debbie Davenport, Nancy Brooks and Sharon Lay; and his grandchildren, Chase, Rian Winfrey, Taylor, Bryce Agler, Whitney Wilson (Dustin), Paige Long (Deke), Hailie Griffin and Miranda Lewis (Alex). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; along with numerous good friends.
