She was predeceased by: her parents, James D. White and Norma G. White (Kirby); and her son-in-law Jeremy McDow. She is survived by: her husband David Mowles, Sr.; her children, Tamara McDow of Weatherford, D'Lisa Pool (Tucker) of Weatherford, David Mowles, Jr. (Pamela) and Brad Mowles (Makayla Morley); and her siblings, Shauna Precure of Weatherford, OK and Timothy White (Bille) of Clinton, OK.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

“Gwen and I were very sad to hear of this. David and Rhonda were good friends of ours when we lived in Clinton back in the 80s. They were probably the first people we got to know there and hit it off right away. It's always sad when good people are taken too soon. We moved back to Iowa in 89, but. even though we lived a long ways away, we never forgot them. And our niece has been living for some time now with their youngest son, Bradley. Rest in peace, Rhonda, and God bless David and the kids.”
