She was predeceased by: her significant other Jack Phelps; and her siblings, Aaron, Ernest, Ralph, Bud, Mose, Ted, Pat, Thelma, Viola and Wilma Jo.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Duncan (David) of Weatherford, Oklahoma, Judy Zehr (Joel) of Weatherford, Oklahoma, Janet Phelps (David Landreth) of Houston, Texas and Jon Phelps of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Jordan Zehr (Elizabeth Zehr) of Austin, Logan Phelps of Baton Rouge and Erin Phelps of Seattle, Washington; and her sister Fern Webster of Amarillo, Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church.
