He is survived by: his wife Dyann Koch of Weatherford; his daughter Melinda Sauer (Aaron); his sister Izetta R. Watson (Jim) of Newcastle; his nieces and nephews, Dean Koch (Saska), Rick Koch (Sheila), Michael Koch (Jaime), Christina Felder (Mark), Sheila Glanzer (Selwyn) and Amanda Wood (Greg); and his friends, Carol Gaunt, Delbert Amen and Donald Amen.
