He was predeceased by: his parents, Dixie Glee Gilworth (Leonard) and Rex Gilworth. He is survived by: his siblings, Glee Davis of Oklahoma City and Rex Everett Gilworth, Jr. of Yukon; and his nieces and nephews, Kyle (Amy Wardell), Cody (Ky Davis), Lacy Gilworth and Suthern Gilworth (Rhett Gilworth). He is also survived by three great-nieces and three great-nephews.
