He was predeceased by: his parents, Neta Kay Hamburger (Cochran) and Dale Hamburger; and his daughter Brenda Jo Hamburger. He is survived by: his brother Keith L. Hamburger; his stepmother Eileen Hamburger; and his stepsiblings, Debbie, Stephanie and Mike.
