It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Ruth Turner of Weatherford, Oklahoma, born in Andrews, Texas, who passed away on May 5, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy D. Bromley and Bobbie Bromley; her sister Kay McCoy; her niece Melanie Wilson; and her nephew Michael Hooper.
She is survived by: her husband Luster Jay Turner Jr.; her children, Lance Turner (R. J. Hernandez) and LaNae Thompson (Del Thompson); her granddaughter Turner Thompson; her sister Kim Porter (Doak); her niece Jori Speer (Levi); her nephew Jentry Porter (Keela); her sister-in-law Nancy Lawson (Rollie); her niece Leah Lawson; her nephews, David and Stephen Lawson; her pet Maggie; and her great-nieces, Anniston Speer and Navy Porter.
