With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Dan May (Weatherford, Oklahoma), who passed away on July 18, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John William May Sr. and Lanora "Bill" May (Giesken); his wife Sharon Gayle May (Lucas); his parents-in-law, Everett Lucas and Gladys Alice Lucas; his siblings, J. W. May Jr. (Dub), Grace Lee Suter (Donald) and Lera Ann Holbrook (Jack); and his brother-in-law Phil Lucas (Phyllis Lucas).
He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie Brehm (Jackie) of Piedmont, OK and Julie North (Joe) of Golden, CO; his grandchildren, Kylie North (Laura Keeler), Kayci North (Sean Cornillie), Alison North (Chris Stuber), Megan Hall (Jason Hall) and Jared Brehm of Oklahoma City, OK; his great grandchildren, Cooper Don Hall and Parker Dan Hall; his sister-in-law Martha May; and his nieces and nephews, Marsha Miller, Mike May, Gary Suter, Pat Regier, Jack Holbrook, Lee Kemp, Paula Potter, Chris Lucas and Darla Akin. He is also survived by four granddaughters, one grandson and two great grandsons.
