She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John Kersey; her parents, Steve L. Stroud of Ruidoso and Frankie Jameson of Weatherford; her siblings, Vickie Ayer (Herley) of Oklahoma City, Steve B. Stroud of Ruidoso and Leslie Fleming (Roger) of Weatherford; her niece Amber Rabel (Cory); her children, Jackson and Stone of Weatherford; her nephews, Michael Garretson (Vilma) of Yukon and Matt Fleming (Kodi); her children, Tayte, Josey of Weatherford and Chase Stroud of Tucson, Arizona; her stepdaughter Kendall Wood (Garret); her children, Cabe and Conley of Edmond; and her stepson James Kersey of Oklahoma City.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Oklahoma City Humane Society, the Federated Church of Weatherford and the Stephenson Cancer Center at the University of Oklahoma.
