She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wyatt Marrs and Gladys Inez Carver; and her brother Billy Marrs. She is survived by: her husband Gary D. Millspaugh; her children, John (Dinese) of Weatherford and Julie (Andy Carruth) of Weatherford; her grandchildren, Danny, Brendan, Rachel and Courtney; her sister Bonnie Trebbe of Weatherford; and her nieces, Mandy and Barbie.
In lieu of flowers, Barbara asked that memorials be made in her honor to the First Choice Pregnancy Care Center of Weatherford.
