He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Fansler and Alma Ruth Fansler (Spain); his wife Linda Allison; his sisters, Ruth Ann and Carolyn; and his son Bryan.
He is survived by: his children, Brett Fansler of Tulsa, Matt Fansler (Dori) of Weatherford and Traci McDougall (Tye) of Forney, Texas; his brother Kevin Fansler (Sherry) of Mount Juliet, Tennessee; and his daughter-in-law Nancy Copeland. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
