She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Meek and Violet Noreen Thornhill Meek of Belva, Oklahoma.; her brother LeRoy Dale Meek; her sister-in-law Ruby Nadine Meek of Tampa, Florida; her brother Michael Gene Meek of Waynoka; her nephew Robert Dale Meek of Tampa; and her stepgranddaughter Krystal Osborne of Greenville, Tennessee..
She is survived by: her sister Sandra; her brother-in-law Lyle Dickens of Greeley, Colorado; her brothers, Terry (Judy Meek) and Pat (Jeanita Meek); her sister-in-law Lee Ann Meek of Waynoka; her children, Don Cummins of Waynoka and Debra Cummins; her son-in-law Dennis Garland of Kinsley, Kansas.; her grandsons, William Stambaugh of Amarillo, Texas and Shay Robertson of San Diego, California; her stepgranddaughter Tonya Goddard of Wichita, Kansas.; and her great grandchild Isaac Robertson. She is also survived by step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, and step-great-great grandchildren, plus many nieces and nephews, grand nieces and grand-nephews, and great-grand nieces and great-grand-nephews.
