She was predeceased by: her parents, William Everette and Myrtle Decker (Phillips); and her husband Max. She is survived by: her former husband Richard Zook; her children, Robert Zook of Seminole and Cindy Seaman (Bill) of Waynoka; her stepdaughters, Debra Redgate (Max) of Waynoka and Beth Dowing of Wichita; her siblings, John Decker (Suzy) of Oklahoma City, David Decker (Mary) of Phillipsburg, NJ, Buck Decker of Rhome, TX, Roy Decker (Loretta) of Alva and Edith Duckworth (Leonard) of Houston, TX; and her grandchildren, Kori Allison (Jeremy) of Waynoka, Bart Seaman (Lindsay) of Waynoka, Leah Bradford (Matt) of Waynoka, Dana Church (Kyle) of Canute, Amy Vernon (CC) of York, NE and Chancey Hanson (John) of Waynoka. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
