James Earl Parks Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson James and Vivian Ruth Parks (Webb); his daughter Ortha Lockhart Hersh; and his siblings, Dan Parks and Dell Nutter.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Eileen Zook of Edmond; his children, Jim Lockhart (Cathy) of Beaver, David Parks (Evelyn) of Quitman, Texas and Donna Cooper (Tom) of Edmond; his son-in-law Morrie Hersh of Ft. Worth, Texas; and his grandchildren, Rachel Brown, Jared Hersh, Arista Lopp, Melanie Harrison, Kyle Cooper, Ty Cooper, Aaron Parks, Blake Sanderson, Luke Parks and Sarah Parks. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Waynoka Historical Society.
