He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmie Mary Mae and Frank Cunningham; his wife Janie Cunningham (Bell); his son Hap; his siblings, Maxcine Cell, Betty Durkee, Leona Brown, Florence Cunningham, Cordelia Bradford, Alley Cunningham, Lawerance Cunningham and Frankie Cunningham; and his grandsons, Charlie Cunningham and Tyson Curtis.
He is survived by: his sister Dorene Bowker (Chuck); and his children, Dennis Cunningham Waynoka (Hollie), Phillip Cunningham Porter (Sandy), Deane Long (Kerry), Renae Murrow Waynoka (Trent), Rex Cunningham Avard (Debbie), Roger Cunningham Alva (Melanie), Richard Cunningham Cherokee and Sonya Smith Jenks (Jason). He is also survived by several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; as well as nieces and nephews.
