He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Lieswald and Hilda Lieswald (Peters); his wife Shirley; his daughter Brenda; his grandson Nicholas Hinkle; and his sister Frances Rogers.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Lieswald of Kansas City, Julie Wheelwright of Shawnee, Stephanie Hull (Kenney) of Shawnee and Nathan Lieswald (Tena) of Woodward; his stepchildren, Eddie, Donna and Virgil; his grandchildren, Sasha Lieswald, Tori Quintanar (Alberto), Jenny Foutch (Travis), Brett Wheelwright (Michelle), Bradley Wheelwright, Brian Wheelwright (Ellen), Brock Wheelwright, Bryce Wheelwright, Brylee Wheelwright (Brittany), Joshua Hinkle, Kristen Hull and Timothy Lieswald (Brittany); and his sisters, Frieda Shelite (Lawrence) and Felicia Lyon (Phillip) of Alva. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
