He is survived by: his brothers, Rocky Kammerzell of Chouteau, Rick Hayes (Janice) of Waynoka, Reese Hayes, Rainey Hayes, Tracy Hayes (Heather) of Poolville, Dylan Hayes (Kylie) and Taylor Hayes; his parents, Earl Hayes and Virginia Hayes; and his sister-in-law Nancy Kammerzell. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, other relatives and many friends.
