She was predeceased by: her parents, William Scott and Ruby Belle Dean (Phelps). She is survived by: her children, Phil Bush of Waurika, Ken Bush (Dolores) of Hastings, Nancy Penny (Jeff) of Corinthe, Ron Bush (Kim) of Toledo and Ricky Bush (Sandy) of Newala; and her siblings, James Dean (Maureen "Mo") of Anadarko and Virginia Mora of Waurika. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
