He is survived by: his parents, Betty Guzman (Williams) of Waurika and Johnny Salazar of Hastings; his daughters, Kayla Salazar of Oklahoma City and Taylor Salazar of Edmond; his brother Patrick Salazar of Duncan; his stepsisters, Darlene Williams, Sherri Renschen and Terrie Russell; his grandchildren, Kylan and McKynlee; his nieces and nephews, Kevin Guzman of Waurika, Jessica Hedges of Walters, Tatum, Destiny, Taylee and Preston Salazar of Duncan; his aunt Linda Phillips of Waurika; and his uncles, Pete and Daniel Salazar. He is also survived by his daughters and grandchildren.
