He is survived by: his children, Tanya Johnson, Ashley Alvarez, Jeremiah Johnson and Brylee Johnson; his brothers, Rick Johnson, Mike Johnson and Kevin Johnson; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Taylor, Travis, Eric, Bradley, Jasmine, Jordan, Aniyah, Addy, Aiden and Hunter. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
