He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Grant Hamilton Passey and Gwendolyn Oborn Passey (Morse); his wife Mary Darlene Ross; his children, Ramona Maloy (Kenneth), Steve Passey (Carmenia), Cliff Passey (Cari Lee) and Megan Passey; and his grandchildren, Alacia Hood (Alan), Amanda, Joseph, Joshua, Jacob, James, Lauren Atkinson (Evan), Jessica Brown (Jordan), Danielle, Jordan, Logan (Baily) and Hunter.
