It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathleen Mary Carter of Warr Acres, Oklahoma, born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 25, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ball Norris and Bettye Folmar Norris Schwartz; and her brother Jon Folmar Norris. She is survived by: her husband Robert Trenton Carter (Bob); her daughters, Amy Kristin Carter Freeman (Tom Freeman) and Sallye Anne Carter Atkins (Greg Atkins); her grandchildren, Holly Elizabeth Norcom and Carter James Norcom; her sister-in-law Marsha Louise Halihan (Lynn Halihan); her niece Julie Christine Norris Provine; her nephew Col. Christopher Erick Backus; and also Yolanda Backus, MD. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
