He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob H. Niemann and Hilda M. Niemann; and his brother-in-law Allen Starr. He is survived by: his sisters, Sonja S. Starr of Indiana and Bonita J. Maze (David) of Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Starr (Tina) of California, Kerry Burke (Bobby) of New Jersey, Mindy Grubbs (Jon) of Indiana, Dan Starr (Abbe) of Indiana, Brian Maze of Ohio and Andrea Higley (Charles) of Ohio.
