He is survived by: his wife Kathy June Whitehead; his son Jefferey Hooser; his son-in-law Thomas Silcock; his sister Pat (Chuck Doss) of Wichita, KS; and his grandchildren, Austin Wells of Plano, TX, Hannah Wells of Plano, TX and Dalton Wells of Plano, TX. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
