Medrano; her husband Dale Spencer; her children, Diane Cox (Kirk), Doni Arterbury (Mike) of Del City, OK and Scott Spencer (Kristy) of Midwest City, OK.; her grandchildren, Courtney Graves (Jon), Caleb Cox, Alexis Weakley (Tyler), Sarah Graham (Cody), Brody Spencer (Breanna), Coby Spencer and Joey Gilleland; her great grandchildren, Judge Graves and Monroe Diane Graves; her brothers, Gary Speir of California, Steve Speir of Washington and Lex Speir of Washington; and her cousins, Val Thomas of Washington, Clay Thomas (Buddy) of Virginia and Jo Lynn Hough of Washington, DC. She was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews and young cousins.
